SPAIN RED is comprised of the following disciplines: ARCHITECTURE, CULTURAL MANAGEMENT, DESIGN, FILM, FOOD CULTURE, LITERATURE, MUSIC, PERFORMING ARTS, or VISUAL ARTS. Which one fits you best?
This social network is addressed to Spaniards working or planning to work in institutions, and other agencies in the US; and all cultural professionals willing to explore opportunities with Spain´s arts and culture in the US (including visual artists, playwrights, architects, designers, musicians, writers, filmmakers, producers, distributors, editors, managers, curators, researchers and much more!).

SPAIN RED aims to spark communication among cultural professionals and enhance the development of new synergies in collaborative projects.
Can anyone have access to my Spain Red profile? Can anyone watch my videos and images?
Your general profile (including your wall, projects, events, biography and work location information) will be visible to anyone registered in Spain Red. Depending on your privacy settings, some information will only be visible to your Red Connections. A general outline of your profile (including your name, image and basic information) will be accessible to other non-registered users that visit Spain Red´s general page. Remember that this is a professional network and content should be related to professional matters.
Your Red connections will be able to post on your profile unless you update your privacy settings allowing all Spain Red users to post or not allowing any post at all.
Who reads my updates and where do they appear? Who can comment on my events/projects and wall?
This depends on individual privacy settings. Updates appear on the user´s wall. News on activity taking place in each profile is published in Spain Red´s home.
Red Connections can comment and post content on their wall, events and projects. This can also be configured to be open to other Spain Red users through the privacy settings option

Red Connections can be established only among users of Spain Red to connect and share content.
How can I connect with users?
By going into their Spain Red user profile and clicking on the CONNECT button. They will automatically receive your connection request .
Red messages can only be sent through Spain Red. Mailbox is located on the top right side. Through the CONNECT button, you will have the option to contact the user by sending a message.
Each user is responsible for uploading their content including events that they consider relevant. It is not necessary for the events to address Spanish Culture specifically. In the case of international participants and American Institutions, it is recommended that these highlight their projects related to Spanish Culture and art. This is a professional network and, as such, events should be related to professional matters.
When an event is created, this information will appear on your Red Connection´s wall. You can also invite selected users by sending the event via Red Message.
All events are published in the Events Page, visible to all Spain Red users.
There is not a limit on the number of events at this time
